WHAT IS REIN PRP?
Rein PRP medical kits are designed for fast & efficient PRP separation. With this, you’ll get perfect concentration of Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) every time you use it. Concentration of platelets determine the amount of growth factors per sample of blood, which in turn effects the speed of healing.
REIN PRP Kit Content
Rein PRP Tuberi
blood collection procedureThe vacuum tubes to be used during blood collectionmini makes it easier. Keeping the inside and outside of our tubes sterile minimizes the risk of infection. Rein PRP Tubes have a volume of 10 ml and contain 1 ml of anticoagulant. Anticoagulant prevents blood clotting, improves the quality of PRP and ensures a purer PRP.
Injector
Our Rein PRP Duo and Rein PRP Uno models include a 5 ml sterile syringe, used to collect PRP.
Needles and Holder
Our Rein PRP Duo and Rein PRP Uno models include 0.8*38mm, 21G 08*40mm and 18G 90 mm needles. Phlebotomy is performed with a sterile vacuum tube(s) by combining a 0.8*38mm needle with the holder. Since our tubes are vacuum, the vacuum is broken with a 21G 08*40mm needle before collecting PRP. PRP is collected using an 18G 90 mm spinal needle and 5ml luer lock syringe.
How to use?
The difference between Rein PRP Kit Duo and Rein PRP Kit Uno is the difference in the number of tubes. By combining the holder with the 0.8*38mm needle included in the kit, the normal blood collection process is performed by the user with sterile vacuum tube(s). Meanwhile, make sure that the holder and the needle are fully connected. The tubes from which blood is taken are centrifuged and the plasma part of the blood is separated. Since there is still some vacuum in the vacuum blood collection tubes, in order to break this vacuum, a 21G 08*40mm needle is inserted into the tube and the vacuum is broken. Then, the 18G 90 mm spinal needle is combined with a 5ml luer lock syringe, and PRP is collected from the buffy coat section using the tornado technique. PRP is taken into the syringe.
WHY REIN PRP?
anticoagulant
Rein PRP TubeOur product contains sodium citrate (3.13%) as an anticoagulant and does not contain gel or other components. The gel may trap some of the platelets and reduce the concentration. This is important in terms of duration, risk of contamination, risk of gel residue, tissue reactions and risk of injury.
Purity
The presence of cells such as WBC and RBC cells in PRP affects the purity. The ratio of these cells to platelet cells is defined as purity. Therefore, it is a calculation that shows the quality of PRP. As Kaizen Industry, the purity rate was analyzed as 98-99% in the studies we carried out at different periods and at different minutes.
Subjectivity
Rein PRP Kits and Tubes are Class IIb products certified with CE Certificate according to medical device directives. CE certification protects the person who will apply and the person to whom the application will be made. The difference of Rein PRP Tubes from normal laboratory tubes is that they can be injected into humans.
Where to use?
PRP autologous treatment is most frequently used in skin treatments in the branches of "Dermatology" and "Aesthetic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery". In addition, it is used in wound healing, orthopedics, physiotherapy, sports medicine, gynecology, urology, general surgery, ophthalmology, dentistry and maxillofacial surgery, cardiovascular surgery, veterinary medicine, muscle and tendon injuries and recovery after surgical procedures. However, PRP treatment may differ depending on the treatment needs, the patient's condition and the purpose of the treatment. Also, it is important to remember that the treatment may have any side effects or risks.
What are the side effects?
PRP treatment is an autologous treatment, using the person's own blood eliminates any major side effects and infection that may occur. The right PRP kit should be selected against infections that may occur externally, and the physician should be careful during use. Rein PRP Kits and Tubes are completely sterile. Temporary pain in the applied area, temporary bruising or edema may occur during skin applications. For this reason, if it is applied incorrectly by a non-expert person or people and sterility conditions are not followed, various damage and/or infections may occur.
